How much does a wedding content creator cost in the UK?
It's one of the first things couples ask us, and fair enough. Wedding content creators are still fairly new, so most people have no idea what a sensible price looks like. Prices vary a lot between creators, so rather than guess at anyone else's, here's what goes into the cost and exactly what we charge.
What are you actually paying for?
When you compare quotes, these are the things that make the difference:
- Hours of coverage. A half day usually covers getting ready through to the ceremony. A full day runs from prep to the party.
- How many people are filming. One person can only be in one place. With two of us, one can be with the bridal party while the other catches the guests arriving.
- How many edited reels you get. Some creators hand over raw clips and leave the editing to you. Others deliver finished, ready-to-post reels, so check which you're getting.
- Turnaround. Fast delivery is the whole point, so find out exactly what arrives and when.
- Travel. Check whether it's included, and how far.
- Extras, such as extra hours, more reels or drone footage.
What do we charge?
We keep it simple, with two packages:
Half Day: £475
- 5 hours coverage
- 2 content creators
- 3 edited reels or TikToks
- All footage organised in a shared folder
- Delivered within 24 to 48 hours
Full Day: £700
- 10 hours coverage
- 2 content creators
- 5 edited reels or TikToks
- Coverage from prep to party
- All footage organised in a shared folder
You can see everything on our pricing page.
Optional extras
If you want a bit more, you can add:
- Extra hours at £85 an hour
- Additional edited reels at £50 each
- Drone footage for £150
Is travel included?
Travel is included within 40 miles of York. If your venue is further away, we're still happy to come. We just charge per mile, so get in touch for a quote.
Can you spread the cost?
Yes. A deposit secures your date: £75 for the Half Day and £100 for the Full Day. The rest can be split into monthly instalments by Direct Debit, all paid before the wedding. If you'd rather, you can also pay your invoice with Klarna in three interest-free payments. There's more detail on our payment plans page.
Questions to ask any content creator before you book
Whoever you go with, ask:
- How many edited reels do we get, and when do they arrive?
- Do we also get the raw footage?
- How many of you will be there on the day?
- How do you work alongside our photographer and videographer?
- Is travel included for our venue?
- What deposit is needed, and when is the balance due?
If the answers are clear and written down, you know exactly what you're paying for.
Is it worth the money?
That depends on what you want from the day. We've written a separate post on whether a wedding content creator is worth it. If you're still working out how we differ from the rest of your suppliers, start with what a wedding content creator actually does.
If you'd like to check your date, drop us a message. We'll get back to you within 48 hours.
